    CSS Form problem

    Forgive my noobness here but i am having difficulties with my login button on my form it's unclickable.. yet if i make it further down the page it suddnely becomes clickable.. so i duno whats happened there.... also i am trying to make the button wider but i don't know how ... this is my CSS & HTML relevant to it:

    Yeah sos my pc is turned off. It'll be back up tomorrow when i am home.. its hosted on my local host you see. My bad.
