Handheld browsers and CSS media types

    Hi all,

I have never before now really paid much attention to CSS media rules other than "print", "screen" and "all".

With the current rapid growth of handheld browsers (e.g. the iPhone), I am beginning to think about the "handheld" media rule when writing my CSS.

The question is, how strictly is the "handheld" media rule supported by these new devices?

I wonder if anyone has good experience of coding specifically for handhelds and what problems/standards-non-compliancies have been encountered!

The Adobe CS3 suite comes with something called device central. Its pretty accurate as to what the selected device will show.
