XHTML,CSS, Section 508 validation links in page footer

    Hey all,

I added the w3.org links in the bottom of my page for XHTML and CSS validation and the HTML validates fine.

However when I add the Section 508 line

    Code:
    <li><a href="http://www.contentquality.com/mynewtester/cynthia.exe?rptmode=-1&url1=">Section 508</a></li>
it comes back with issues and the -1@url1= part

Does someone have the section 508 link on their site differently that vaildates?

    thanks for any help

I found a solution for anyone having this issue:

    Code:
    http://www.contentquality.com/mynewtester/cynthia.exe?Url1=your site URL here

Using the ampersand outside of entities in URLs (use &amp; instead of & in links also)
    • Incorrect: <a href="index.php?page=news&style=5">News</a>
    • Correct: <a href="index.php?page=news&amp;style=5">News</a>
Validate often DURING development - Use it like a splelchecker | Debug during Development |Write it for FireFox, ignore IE
Use the right DocType | Validate your markup | Validate your CSS | Why validating is good | Why tables are bad
