    Min-Height in Opera 9.23 Not Working

    I want the web page to be at least as high as the browser window. The following CSS code works in IE 5+ and Firefox but not Opera. What am I missing?

    Here is the CSS

    * {
    margin: 0px;
    border: 0px;
    padding: 0px;
    }

    body {
    background-color: #9C9DA0;
    }

    div#global { position: absolute;
    top: 0%;
    left: 50%;
    margin-left: -390px;
    width: 780px;
    min-height: 100%;
    height:auto;
    background-color: #FFFFFF;
    }

    * html body div#global {
    height: 100%;
    }

    Here is the HTML

    <body>

    <div id="global"> </div><!-- end global -->

    </body>

    Never mind. I figured out the problem...

    It seems when using a percentage (e.g., 100&#37, Opera needs the body tag to have its height specified. So I added height:100% to the body tag and everything works fine.
