    Turning My Design On Papper Into A Webpage

    I Have come up with some ideas of what i want my web page to look like. What do i need to do to put that design into reality. I am using Dremweaver CS3 and i know html and some CSS.

    It's best to make graphics for your new site in photoshop or similar software. Then when you have layout, arrange it with HTML/CSS code.

    Make a table and use different cell width's and heights to contain the different sections of your web page.

    Er, have you thought about reading up on some basic web design skills rather than asking for a step-by-step guide of how to build a website?

    I too use to be a table user, then i cleaned up my act and now i have seen the css light....
