Form Drop Downs Won't Work In Firefox. Help

I created this form for registration:

    https://www.foodprotect.org/2008Bien...rationsql.html

The form works fine in safari, and opera on my mac. But Firefox won't allow the drop down menus to work. Can anybody see what is causing this?

If you open the page without all of the php includes
    http://www.foodprotect.org/2008Bienn...rationsql.html

They work fine...so I have no idea.

You have already got one thread open for this problem, don't start another one - Registration Form With CSS Classes Won't Do Drop Downs?

Your page does not have a proper doctype where it is supposed to be at and it still has other validation errors. Fix those issues first.
If you are learning PHP, developing PHP code, or debugging PHP code, do yourself a favor and check your web server log for errors and/or turn on full PHP error reporting in php.ini or in a .htaccess file to get PHP to help you.

    Oh yea, sorry.

I put the doc type that I was told, but the site is set up like this: the index.php pulls header.php, footer.php, and home.html

Do I put the same doc type on all of these files?
