    about browser normal text size

    when you choose on your browser, usually is menu: edit> text size> normal size.

    is the normal text size of Safari less bigger than the normal text size of FF??

    Most browsers have 16px as a standard font size for normal. You really only run into differences if you're using css font keywords, as some of IE's older browsers render them a size larger than most modern browsers.
