    guide to generate button background by CSS

    HI all,

    how can i generate a button background under a images by using CSS?

    it somethings like button under a image...

    can anyone give some guide??

    yaya..similar to it.

    i tend to do somethings like, i display a images and if user move over the images, it will show then image like a button. something like u move over to ur browser toolbar.

    So you can just use the same principle with a single link (assuming you want people to click on the button) and a series of different background images for the hover states.

    You might be able to get the effect you want just by changing the border styles:

    or

    border-style: outset;
