It uses Javascript—CSS only adds style to HTML markup, it doesn't add behavior or animation. If view the source, you can see the javascript files responsible linked to in the <head>.

And please don't crosspost, it's against the forum Rules.

You should post ONCE where you think a question belongs and if you post to a wrong place a moderator will move it to the right place for you. Posting the same question in multiple places is against the rules.

to be honest you guyz i have got 15 points this is for

    1) Cross posting or repeated thread bumping
    2) "Thank User" feature abuse
    3) Non descriptive/ meaningless title

    1. i was a newb to the whole forum thing and i except responsibility for this!

    2. abuse of the thank user feature??? saying thank you is just being polite so this is ridiculous

    3. Yet again i think this is a little stupid seeing as most people understood what i meant by the title!!

so please stop being so pedantic and sending meaning less warning infractions, i am just trying to help others and myself

    thanks

Infractions are just warnings given out by moderators. They expire after a while and only mean serious trouble if you have enough of them.

If you start reading and following the Rules and Posting Guidelines I will be glad to stop giving them to you.
