    Buttons not visible in IE7 only!

    Hi, i've just realised my buttons are invisible on IE7, even though they are fine on FF, Safari and IE6! Can't see why this would be happening, there are some CSS rules re the buttons but nothing i've not used before, with no problems previously arising.

    Would really appreciate any help as i need to get this sorted asap!

    The site is at www.ttfgolf.com/members/login.php

    the relevant CSS code is as follows
    Code:
    #loginform {
    	margin-left:200px;
    	margin-top:30px;
    }

    label,input {
    	display: block;
    	width: 200px;
    	float: left;
    	margin-bottom: 20px;
    }

    input[type="checkbox"] {
    	width:15px;
    	margin-left:30px;
    }

    label {
    	text-align: right;
    	width: 175px;
    	padding-right: 20px;
    }

    br {
    	clear: left;
    }

    #loginform #formbuttons {
    	margin-left:197px;
    	padding-top:10px;
    }

    #loginform #formbutton {
    	margin-left:197px;
    	padding-top:10px;
    }

    #content #error {
    	color:red;
    	margin:0;
    	padding:0;
    	text-align:center;
    }

    #loginform input[type = "submit"] {
    	width:auto;
    	margin-right:20px;
    }

    You might want to download the Web Developer Toolbar for IE, it's really handy for tracking down odd bugs like these.

    Anyways, what's happening in your code is that IE7 is actually picking up the rule you have in ie6.css which is width: 1px--so they don't get shown. The reason for that you said <!-- [if !IE7]> instead of <!-- [if !IE 7]> in the conditional comment. That space is significant (between the IE and 7) so you'll need to add it in.

    That should fix everything up.

    Thanks a million for that - i thought it might be a silly mistake in the code, so much time wasted on it too!

    I'll definitely download the web developer toolbar - thanks for the tip!
