How to I convert this HTML into CSS?

I'm making a styling CSS script for my website and I'm trying to figure out how to change this menu into CSS so I don't need to put on every single page on my site. Tried looking up guides however and I am clueless at changing this.

I don't think it would be very hard to change, since most of it is just the same. If someone could help me with this, I would highly appreciate it

The stylesheet can only contain the information about the position and appearance of the menu. It can't hold the content of the menu - that part needs to be written in HTML. A menu is basically a list and so should always be coded as such. To have one copy of the menu to incorporate into all oyur pages you need to either use a server side include (.shtml) or a server side scripting language such as PHP so as to be able to set up the menu in a separate file and include it into the HTML of each of the pages on the server before the final page is sent to the browser.

You have several issues to work thru, most importantly is your html needs to be cleaned up.
    1. Close your <img> and <div> tags properly, as required by your DOCTYPE
    2. Use an unordered list for your menu items
    3. To keep from having to insert the menu in every page, use PHP to include it dynamically (more on that in the PHP forum)
    4. Post a live link if possible to get the best help from this forum. We love tweaking live sites.
