    Question CSS text navigation bar

    hey people,

    how would i go about laying a text navigation bar on top of a div with an image in, i want to recreate the top navigation menu i have done in html on this site http://www.technolane.sitesled.com/ ,but recreate it in css for this site, which is the same site but recoded in css. http://technolanecss.sitesled.com/

    how would i go about doing this ?

    The horizontal menu can be coded in CSS but I think you will still need javascript for the drop-down sub-menus.

    Have a look at the Listamatic site at http://css.maxdesign.com.au/listamatic/. It may help.

    yeah that sites cool see it before posting but i wasnt sure how to make the div layer appear above my image i tried z-index:100; but this did not work
