List/Menu form problem in IE and FireFox

    Hello,

I have a problem to display a List/Menu in IE. It cut off the text in the drop down list when I set the WIDTH of the drop down box shorter than the text. It works fine in FireFox.

Here is the picture I captured to demonstrate what I'm talking about.

How do I fix this problem in IE? Please help!

    Thanks

So, you've set a width that's way too short and are wondering why the text is being cut off? Hmmm... try changing the width? Am I missing something here?
"write it for FireFox then hack it for IE."

    Hello, ahallicks

I need to set the width of the drop down list to 140px to fix with my website layout. But I want that when we click on the dropdown list the list show full text like FireFox dose. Is there a way we can use CSS or something else to make it happend in IE?

    Regrads,
