Afaik, it can't be done cleanly. It's doubtful that it can be done at all.

What makes you think that users are likely to want to save the page?

It is possible with javascript, but I strongly advice you not to do it as it will just annoy the visitor. And if the visitor has the slightest knowledge about the internet, he'll just turn javascript off, do what he has to do, and turn it back on.

It's possible to make life a little harder, so that people will have a harder time getting the image(s), but they will eventually get them.

The first thing a web browser does when someone accesses a web page is to copy all the files for that page to their computer.

The second thing it does is to display the page using those locally saved files.

You can't stop them from saving the files to their computer without removing the page from the internet.

Don't forget to start your JavaScript code with "use strict"; which makes it easier to find errors in your code.
