I'm missing something... What is it?

Ok, as I am writing my website I have coded everything internally, I am trying to now get it external. as I move the scripting out everything is fine, but when I move the css external I loose all my background images (in my menu and my header). I've stared at this so long I can't find what I'm missing.... Can anyone help?

    TIA-Paul

A link to the page would help since then we would be able to see what you have.

The file URL must be relative to the .css file, not the .html file.
