    IE7! No background?

    REF: http://moderntimes.com/tmp/

    I have never seen this problem before. All of a sudden this page will not display the background image in IE7 for Windows only? I have several pages on the Web, and none of them exhibit this phenomenon? The page displays properly in FF, Opera, and Safari?

    I'm using a Windows laptop, with XP.

    Any suggestions?

    Hmm... It doesn't display in IE6 either. Apparently IE doesn't like that there is a space missing between the url and 'center' keyword here:
    Code:
    background: #e8e0d5 url(fxd_cntr_back.gif)center repeat-y;
    I don't know if one is permitted to leave out the space or not? But, anyway, inserting it should fix the problem.

    Koyama, thanks that did it. I never would have seen that. It's so strange the way IE interprets.

    Thanks,
    Michael
