    fixed position

    hello all,

I was wondering how you would code a DIV tag on a fixed position. Within those DIV is a menu. I used an inline style "position: absolute; left: 200; top: 70" to position the DIV. The problem is, the DIV moves with the browser when minimized, obscuring the content of the page. Is there a way to position that DIV on a fixed "state" so that it doesn't move regardless how you minimize/resize the browser??

    thx

Sure. Instead of position: absolute, use position: fixed

Any CSS2 compliant web browser can do this.
