    Layout Problem

    Hey everyone,

    I am having some trouble. I created a website for a club that I am part of at school. The site is http://www.uccs.edu/~pgmss/scratch.html, the CSS is http://www.uccs.edu/~pgmss/styles/scratch.css . With IE6 it looks great, but firefox it shows two problems. first on the right side, just below the header. There is a conflict of some kind it is between the header and the container i believe. The border should go straight down outlining the page, but it doesn't any ideas? Also the left side menu; Society button looks off by about 1 px or so in the top left corner of the background. Thanks in advance. Hopefully this makes some kind of sense to you guys.

    remove the
    Code:
    float:left;
    property from the #footer declaration.

    Also, I think i saw a little divitis going on in our markup.... remember you can ad ID's to UL elements, so you dont need to wrap them in a div to ID them first, and also the rest of that logic follows.
