    Tables - a little space between rows

    Hello there,

    I am currently working on a site for the school I work at.

    The url of my posted work is http://www.prestigeinteractive.com/wmes .

    I have gotten the site to work for the most part, however, below the navbar, I have a small sliver of space that I can't get rid of. I really want to solve this issue, as I need to use this page as a template for the rest of the pages that follow.

    I initially tried to do this site with CSS, however, I couldn't get my div tags to line up properly. So to save time I figured I'd use tables...Shoooot...that's not working either.

    I hope someone can take a look at the file and then steer me in the right direction. I am not a coder, so please be detailed..hehehe...

    Thanks for your time,

    Greg

    Add this to your CSS.
    Code:
    a img {
    display:block;
    }
    After you've done that read the link in my sig titled "Why Tables for Layout is Stupid?".

    I have question. Why are you doing the schools webpage if aren't even a programmer? Could they not get someone who knew what they were doing or even hire a professional?

    Thanks

    Hi there.

    Thanks for your help. It is greatly appreciated. I guess I should have said I am not the greatest at coding, as I've made numerous sites. Check out www.prestigeinteractive.com if you'd like. I am just not a person who does this full time.

    Thanks again. You've been a big help.

    Later,
    Greg
