Have you ever learned some HTML? The link is just taking us where it's told to do. You have to change this:
    Code:
    <a href="http://www.madmotors.theteenzone.net/madmotor/Forum/" title="Forum">Forum</a>
    to the new URL.

But apart from that your source code is real crap. You should learn some HTML and CSS and do some reading on semantic code.

And in future please use a more descriptive title. It's nothing new that you need help with your websites because everyone that is posting here does. It's just annoying for those that wanna help.

You can edit HTML files with any text editor. The simplest thing you can do is open the standard Windows text editor, open that file in there, look for the line(s) I showed you, change the URL to the new one, save the file, and upload it.
There are also a lot of advanced and graphically more or less appealing WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editors like Dreamweaver ($400), Frontpage ($200), GoLive ($400), and a lot of free editors (do a search) where you don't need to know as much HTML and can still build website.
