Image not lining up after frames compressed

Hello, I'm having an issue with my website. The layout of the page makes one big flowing image. I noticed that if the browser window is shrunk though, or if your resolution isn't big enough, it will compress the frames and throw off the alignment of the image. How can I stop this from happening?

    Link?

A link to the page in question would help; without a peek at the markup and styles to find out how you implemented this, any suggestion is wild guesswork.
    Regards,

Thanks for checking this out for me...Much appreciated.

BTW, I seem to have found one way to fix it, by making a splashpage and setting the size for the target popup window. I'd just like to have other options though, in case people find the content pages from a websearch or something.
