Question I don't know which forum to turn to post this I'm sorry but i need help about desktop

I don't know what that's called but it's the area where you can find you time, calendar, and stuff it's usually on the bottom right hand corner of your screen. My icons there are really blury and dark, the rest of my screen is fine, how doi change those icons to be lighter and more visible?

please don't post questions of this nature in these forums. this is way off topic, and doesn't belong here.

Is any other parts of your screen dark and/or blurry? if so, it could be a monitor problem. And if so, it would need to be replaced most likely.
