    Link to bottom of page?

    Hi guys,

I'm using FrontPage version 4.0.2.2717. Is there a way to link to another page, but have that page come up at the bottom? Thanks

On that other page you'll need to use an anchor. Something like
    Code:
    <a name="bottom" id="bottom">Some Text</a>
then in the previous page you would use the url plus #bottom like so
    Code:
    <a href="nextpage.html#bottom">Go to Bottom of Next Page</a>
Finally let me give you some advice. Stop using Frontpage. Get yourself a different editor. Frontpage is just going to give you trouble. IMO Notepad is better than frontpage.

Do any of your pages even validate? Meaning go to http://validate.w3.org and run one of the pages you've created through the validator. How many errors do you have?

Thanks for the reply. The top code, where would I put that one? I don't do to much web stuff. I only know front page because it came with the PC. I find it pretty easy, is there any other editor as easy? Thanks

That top code goes on the bottom of the next page. HTML-Kit is pretty easy and I think its better.
