    Lightbulb Need Website Review From Professional

    Hello Everyone,
    I am a front-end developer as well as WordPress. Merely in the recent past, I just felt to create something interesting. That's from where Webgen has born. Itís not fully completed until now. Merely demand a review from professional of how making it more user friendly by its looks and back-end dashboards. I have included only 3 three templates by now. You can embark on creating the website right at once. But meantime I just wanted to produce it more user friendly.

    Its http://www.webgen.com

    I hate long web pages. You should be able to tell your story in twice a computer screen length.
    I think that style of web page is trendy and the trend is over.

    Too much long home page, make long story short. Somehow I will say load time is not that much fast.

    There are some errors and warning in SEO Point of view, check them here https://validator.w3.org/nu/?doc=htt....webgen.com%2F
    other then that Loading time is OK ( It could be better).
    Just make your Page small its too large at the moment.

    Regards,
    Micheal Johnson

    Like Mr.Johnson said above.
    There are some errors and warnings, Needs some On-Page SEO work.
    but most of all Loading speed needs work.
    and please keep the length of your page to small or medium.

    Cool

    It seems your using php 5 and not 7. I would upgrade. On the homepage at the bottom there is a big blank section after copyright. IDK what selenhale123 means. You use amazon and thats the fastest. But I think the main page is too long. I think its important to get your customers to sign up rather than scrolling down looking at cool effects. Your 404 page looks like it needs a little work.

    Maybe update your instagram button to the new design. and maybe the youtube one to the youtube play button. I saw a few errors in the console:

    HOW TO CONNECT WITH YOUR AUDIENCE I dont really get that one

    MONETIZE YOUR FREE WEBSITE I would remove free because that makes it seem not so good.

    HOW TO CONNECT WITH YOUR AUDIENCE
    UNDERSTAND YOUR AUDIENCE

    Remove one of the above.

    HAVE FUN CREATING YOUR FREE WEBSITE

    remove free

    On your signup page the eyeball to view your password is blurry. Go find a more crisp one or just remove it. People aren't gonna spend much time on a signup page. One the sign up button remove the blue border that happens when you click it. Also change the bg on hover like the other buttons. Maybe not in the same way. Your signin button on the homepage moves its text on hover. Fix that. At the bottom where it says community you have social media there and yet its 2 inches away. Remove one or the other.

    Okay thx for reading! And awesome site!

    Well that was painfully agonizing to watch load -- that stupid malfing idioitic space-wasting background video being a giant middle finger to large swaths of users before there's even content of value on the page... though one has to ask, WHAT content of value? So much wasteful whitespace of unrelated nothing and equally unrelated presentational image crap, it's near impossible to tell what the site is about much less why anyone should give a strapped on fig leaf.

    Of course that FIVE MEGABYTES of this is JavaScript spread out over twenty separate files SCREAMS of a level of developer incompetance and inpetitude of such utter magnitude, you really need to back the **** away from the keyboard and STOP trying to make websites. This impression is only further exacerbated by the ridiculously absurd 1.4 megabytes of CSS spread out over 14 files -- when to be frank I don't see a damned thing being done on the site that warrants the presence of more than 32k of CSS in ONE file.

    But, that's entirely par for the course when on a cursory visual inspection we have the utter and complete epic /FAIL/ at accessibility so common to Every ***ing bootstrap site EVER! -- further supported by the incompetent and ignorant DISASTER that is the underlying HTML. It is VERY much what one expects when bootcrap meets jQuery meets turdpress.

    CLEARLY illustrated by disasters like this:

    Code:
    <body>
      <!-- Google Tag Manager -->
      <noscript><iframe src="//www.googletagmanager.com/ns.html?id=GTM-P6CPDK"
      height="0" width="0" style="display:none;visibility:hidden"></iframe></noscript>
      <script>(function(w,d,s,l,i){w[l]=w[l]||[];w[l].push({'gtm.start':
      new Date().getTime(),event:'gtm.js'});var f=d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0],
      j=d.createElement(s),dl=l!='dataLayer'?'&l='+l:'';j.async=true;j.src=
      '//www.googletagmanager.com/gtm.js?id='+i+dl;f.parentNode.insertBefore(j,f);
      })(window,document,'script','dataLayer','GTM-P6CPDK');</script>
      <!-- End Google Tag Manager -->

      <!-- Google Tag Manager (noscript) -->
    <noscript><iframe src="https://www.googletagmanager.com/ns.html?id=GTM-MHRFRDW"
    height="0" width="0" style="display:none;visibility:hidden"></iframe></noscript>

    Just proving whoever wrote that page doesn't know enough about HTML or CSS to write websites -- though that's proudly proclaimed for all to see in one simple line:

    Code:
    <link href="https://dxyypxqdispsi.cloudfront.net/assets/css/bootstrap.min.css" rel="stylesheet">
    You might as well have made a tranny document to proudly proclaim that you are in transition from 1997 to 1998 development practices -- oh wait, it's actually WORSE than that... what with the massive amounts of static scripting in the markup that has ZERO graceful degradation.

    If you brought that to me as a client where someone else built it for you, I'd tell you to sue for your money back and to pitch the entire mess in the trash!

    Overall website is good. Just improvise the load time and animations used are great. Make your text more visible. Its too short at some pages.

    I'm... not even sure what you just asked. Could you repeat that in English?
