Returning to a previous spot on the page - howto?

I've got a web page (spreadsheet) that's 150 (?) lines long. So I scroll down to line 85, click on the button there to enter some data, which causes the page to refresh - at line 1. I'd like the page to return to line 85 (or there about) kind of like <a href=#last>. Not sure how to go about it.

    Thanks

There are two methods you can use, the old HTML anchor method, and the javascript scrollTo(); method, if your page is reloading you need a way to pass the information to the new page, a cookie or a form value. Then you need to have javascript get it and make the change. I've tested both methods and they work equally well.
