embedding google forms w/ multiple pages
I have made a google form with a necessary page break which I want to embed in a website that I have set up.
However, as it stands, clicking 'continue' on the first part of the form forces the browser to leave my website and begin the second section of the form in its unembedded state in google docs
is there a way of editing the html file of the form such that clicking 'continue' on the survey takes you to the second section whilst remaining embedded in my website?
i tried to make the 'continue' button link to a second page, in which i embedded the second part of the form's html, but all this meant was that only the responses from the second part of the form would ultimately be recorded in the spreadsheet
Any suggestions here please?

Perhaps you could use frames?
Someone will probably come flame me for SUGGESTING SOMETHING DEPRECATED!!!!!11!!11!!1!!!!, but they work quite well using the HTML 4/XHTML1 FRAMESET DOCTYPE.
PHP Tip: If you want to use short tags (<? or <?=$var) then make sure short_open_tag is set to "1". It really helps.
