about width and pixel. fluid cause miss alignment

guys I set my content width to 100% because I dont want to have a horizontal scroll over, but the problem was the element inside the content miss alignment if I minimize the browser, Is there any trick to have a 100% fixed width? so my element inside the %width in my content wont be miss align.

Im working for a 100%width and margin 0 fadding 0 both left and right side. Its hard to calculate what width pixel I put to have a 100%width.

Without code all I can do is guess. My guess is your using px on the elements inside of your 'content '. For responsive design to work all dimensions must be in percents.
