Looking at the source of your asp page - http://www.koshercasual.com/testa.asp
It was found that it returns the HTML content with IMG tag and the source of image attached to it.
so, logically, the browser is trying to add the IMG tag as a source of another IMG tag. Which is literally not possible.
What you need to do in your asp page is to return just an image in the form of bytes. No HTML at all.
The concept was -
1) set source of the image as your server file, rather then an image file. Something like -
2) on the server, track an affiliate code and fetch the image
3) the image will be returned from the server (by writing it as binary file)
