HTML form saved to Excel Document
What would I need to add to a form in HTML to have it saved to an Excel Document when it is submitted? I want each <input type="text"/> to be put on the same line, then the next person to fill out the form goes on the next line.
This is what I have so far, and I have no idea how to get it to link with an Excel Document.

Name: <input type="text" name="name" value="" size="20"/><br/>
Date: <input type="text" name="date" value="" size="20"/><br/>
<input type="radio" name="inout" id="in"/> In <br/>
<input type="radio" name="inout" id="out"/> Out <br/>
<input type="submit" value="Submit" size="20"/>
For the radio buttons, would it be possible to have an In column and an Out column in the excel sheet and whichever is selected would put an X in that column?
Thanks in advance for any help.
