249 * 100 / 800

and round low or up how you need.

**Edit:** *probably you need what bazz give as example to compute the space which remains after you positioning some elements, let's say 2 of 15% and 25%*

remain: 100 - 15 - 25 = 60

and now apply bazz formula to compute if a picture fit inside the remaining space:

800 * 60 /100 = 480
