    Photoshop Fonts problem.

Not sure if this is the correct section but anyway.

Situation: I had a few thousand fonts from a pack that i had installed all of them and recently i went through and deleted a lot of them as i didn't use them and it was all clogged up.

    Problem:
Now when i go into Photoshop it still has the names of the fonts in the list and when i am scrolling past them it gives me a runtime error and closes down and i lose all work i am doing.

    Question:
    1. Is there a way to edit the list of fonts that it has?
    2. Is there a way to make it rescan for installed fonts?

    Thanks

    How did you 'delete' them?

Photoshop pulls from your Fonts folder on your C: drive, so chances are that if you deleted them in an odd way (not sure how) there is still files with the font names inside of the Fonts folder that you need to delete.
