How to build-in a URL in a picture?

I can upload a picture to a website. I would like to have a link on this picture, so when they click it forwards to another website. I have no access to the website, I only can upload a picture. Any help with this out there?
    Thanks
    Markus

I'm pretty sure that you won't be able to link your image without access to the server.
Why do you want to do this?

The website only let me upload a jpg and I would like to be connected to my website, when they click on my picture.

The whole idea sounds a little phishy.

In any case, no can do without access to the code. As mentioned above, only a Flash file can give you that kind of self-contained functionality. If a JPG is your only option, your best bet might be to include your URL somewhere in the image and hope that people are intrigued enough to enter it into their address bar and check out your site.
