I've created an swf animation in Imageready, and I want to make mouseovers. The swf is a gallery of thumbnails that come up three at a time, and then there's another little animation with menu buttons. I understand it's possible to make rollovers in Imageready, but it doesn't seem to be working for me. Is it only refusing to work because there's already an animation, and you can't make that work together?
What I want is to make a thumbnails gallery that fades up, and then you can mouseover each thumbnail to see a larger image. What is the best way to learn how to do this, if it's not possible in Imageready? Do I have to learn ASP or PHP, or something like that? I know how to make a Javascript slideshow, but that seems really boring and cheap looking. Is there any way to make Javascript and swf files work together to do this?
Thanks for any help you can offer.
