    wmv shrinks in FireFox

    Hi

    I come across a problem that I am unable to resolve.
    I have embedded a wmv file in my site to work in both
    explorer and fire fox. It works fine in internet explorer but
    it shrinks in firefox.

    Here is the code I am using.

    <OBJECT id='mediaPlayer' width="320" height="240" classid='CLSID:22d6f312-b0f6-11d0-94ab-0080c74c7e95' codebase='https://activex.microsoft.com/activex/controls/ mplayer/en/nsmp2inf.cab#Version=5,1,52,701' standby='Loading Microsoft Windows Media Player components...' type='application/x-oleobject'>
    <param name='fileName' value="VideoTest.wmv">
    <param name='animationatStart' value='1'>
    <param name='transparentatStart' value='1'>
    <param name='autoStart' value='0'>
    <param name='ShowControls' value='1'>
    <param name='ShowDisplay' value='0'>
    <param name='ShowStatusBar' value='0'>
    <param name='loop' value='0'>
    <EMBED type='application/x-mplayer2' pluginspage='https://microsoft.com/windows/mediaplayer/en/download/' id='mediaPlayer' name='mediaPlayer' displaysize='4' autosize='1' bgcolor='darkblue' showcontrols='1' showtracker='1' showdisplay='0' showstatusbar='0' videoborder3d='0' width="320" height="240" src="./VideoTest.wmv" autostart='0' designtimesp='5311' loop='0'>
    </EMBED>
    </OBJECT>

    I cannot figure out what would cause it to shrink.
    Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Try this
    Code:
    <object type="video/x-ms-wmv" data="VideoTest.wmv" width="320" height="240">
      <param name="src" value="VideoTest.wmv">
      <param name="autostart" value="true">
      <param name="controller" value="true">
    </object>

    I tried that and it still shrunk. didn't change anything.

    Do you have a link to your page? If I remember correctly Firefox won't resize a wmv to anything larger than its actual size. So if its 160x120 it will stay that way. It doesn't have a problem resizing to something smaller though.

    Sorry no I don't yet. It's on my local. I don't know when it will be online.

    Firefox is not enlarging the video but shrinking it. The it smaller than it should be
    and the video is being distorted.

    Only the height attribute is being shrunk, it still stays at it's intended width.
