    Image Hyperlink w/ Sound?

I am attempting to play a .WAV file when a user clicks on a particular link. Two links (Forward, Back) with two .WAVs on this page.

I am unable to accomplish both the sound & the link simultaneously. I have made this work before, but only when the link in question calls up a pop-up; I do not want to do that here.

Has anybody any suggestions on how this can best be done?

    Thank you.

Sounds on webpages are annoying. Sorry but it's true!

I would use flash buttons. Also convert the sounds to mp3s as they are smaller in file size. Using HTML and Javascript to get one sound to work becomes bulky.

Sounds are annoying, true; but my wife will attest to the fact that I am full of annoying sounds.

Will give Flash a try. Thank you.
