    How to let the media at my site load fast?

    I have a movie site,but the movie at my site load very slow,how to let it load fast?

    What type of movie? avi, mov, mpg, flv?

    it should have all formats.there is a rmvb file load very slow

    Well RealMedia is not the ideal format to be using to display content on your pages. First you can optimize your files to be compressed as much as possible. Secondly you can stream them using Flash which allows you to start playing before the download is done, like you see on YouTube. This all depends though on the speed of your server and the size of your file.
