    Need Image Background To Be Transparent, Please!

    Can anyone please help me to get the background of this image to be completely transparent... i can only get it to go white and I am trying to put it on a darker background... thank you very very much!!!

    the paws themselves are now transparent. not the individual toes and everything let me know if you need more.

    Thank you so much for taking the time to do that! It is relatively transparent but there is still a lot of white showing through.. if you tell me what program you used i can do it myself, i dont want to take up any of your time.

    Not sure who you were replying to but.... Photoshop. The center of each of the letters is where you need to clean it up as the shadow falling behind each made it tricky to get the white out.

    Save it as a .gif in photoshop with the white being selected as the transparent color. Shouldn't have any white specs.

    If u were thnking me i was using the GIMP (free) it has some pretty nice selection tools. I also have photoshop elements 4 but i think the gimp is actually better for selecting stuff.
