    PNG Files - Interlace?

Im not sure whether I should use the interlace option. What would be the best option for websites?

That depends on the file size. Saving the image interlaced makes big graphics load kind of faster because it builds them up while being visible already whereas the standard files would load gradually from top to bottom. It's not necessary for small graphics below 10KB in my opinion.
But I guess it won't do anything if you're going to implement the PNG as background image with CSS as they are only shown when the image is completely loaded.
