Lightbulb remote file fetching to server?

    hi

let me explain the scenario first so that solution can b found easily.

1-- i have a website of my own www.diskloop.com run on unix php sql.

2-- there is another website which hosts a file and allows one to save it using direct download link like www.clouds.com/red/jack.wmv

3- how can i run any script or tool to copy the file from

    www.clouds.com/red/jack.wmv

    to www.diskloops.com/file/jack.wmv

i dont want to download the file first to my pc and then back to my website.

    Is it possible ?

    server side

I expect most server side scripting languages would have features that make that possible; the question is if the owners of that site are going to appreciate your copying their stuff, or even letting you do so.

By the way: that link turned up blank.
    Regards,
    Ronald.

    i found the solution

it will work with paid hosting services mostly it seems.. free servers dont allow this..

To get the job done Use "URL file-access" method in PHP.

P.S. Link will b blank its a scenario supposed ofcos to makethings understandable.
