    Netscape Action Script needed. Macromedia Flash. Anchor to the right frame

    In macromedia flash how will you make a link using a button to navigate around the same page in the right or main frame?

    I'm using 3 frames, i'm using Flash on the left side as a navigation tool to navigate on a very long page on the right frame.

    i used this "main.htm#page2"

    here:

    on (release) {
    getURL("contents.htm#page2", "mainFrame");
    }

    it didn't work like the way it was in html. I need a flash action script for this..

    Do you know the right action script for this?

    Thumbs up

    I just found what I'm looking for. I just want to share it with you guys.

    Actionscript:

    Code:
    on (release) {
        getURL("urrightframewebpage.htm%23page2", "mainFrame");
    }
    That means once you click the button located at the left frame... (u're using it as menu) the mainframe on the right frame will go to the Page 2. since page2 is the name of the anchor in that html webpage.

    to name an anchor in that webpage called "urrightframewebpage.htm",
    <a name="page2"> You are now in page 2 of this webpage </a>
