Have my form read the file names from a directory and list in a menu?

Ok, Is it possible that a form could load the names of files in a directory on my webserver as lables and values so i user could choose one to submit when they submit the form?

I have built a scheduling system in PHP using MySQL and want to be able to add photos to the records display. It would only need to read one specified directory and then add the names of the files to the values.

    thanks!

This is a php question, so should've been asked there

You'll need the readdir function to do what you want. http://www.php.net/readdir
