    hi peeps,

we have just put our intranet on the WWW so that it can be accessed off site. but i wanted to know the easiest way to make it secure. im not after anything to technical, just a password protect on the directory or something.
the server is running ENSIM v.4 with win2003.

    anyone got any ideas?

Many intranets configure their firewall to only access to the web server via a pre-defined list of IP's (the ones internal to your company's network).

If you can't do that, the easier (but not as secure) method would be to password protect the directories at the operating system level and setup user accounts on the web server.
