    Exclamation What is your opinion on I-Frames

    Please reply your opinions on I-Frames because i am considering using one on my website.

    I don't think they're bad at all really. Alot better than frames anyway.

    May have a problem with SEO though, saves having to use includes or worse still, updating a menu or whatever by hand everytime you change it.

    Not very portable to cell phones... but other then that I think they have their uses...
    Note: I do not test code. I just write it off the top of my head. There might be bugs in it! But if any thing I gave you the overall theory of what you need to accomplish. Also there are plenty of other ways to accomplish this same thing. I just gave one example of it. Other ways might be faster and more efficient.

    iFrames like anything else have their uses but for some stuff like using it for a menu on a site could be done much better with SSI.

    Nothing at all wrong with SSI, but some (free) servers may not support them, so an iframe is an easy alternative.
