    Hello,

If you want to built websites, first of all you'll need web hosting, then you'll need to create the design and develop it.

    Good luck!

Look at different client side technologies, such as XHTML and CSS as well as different design applications, like Adobe Photoshop and Macromedia Fireworks in terms of design. Also for Coding, I hand code all my stuff so I recommend Crimson editor and Homesite

If you aren't quite ready to start coding stuff by hand and just want to mess around more in the beginning, a program like Dreamweaver might be a good idea for you or any similar programs but for the love of god don't use FrontPage. *shutters*
