If you wish to use Wordpress, you would find a WP template that is layed-out sort of how you want your site to be. Then you customize it with your own graphics, in place of the ones that come with the template. You really can't control everything, as creating your own WP template from scratch is a huge task. In any event, you need to know how WP works, the style sheets, the PHP scripts, and without experience with that, you'll be taking time to learn it. It won't be easy.

The logo itself can be scanned into a graphic file (JPG, PNG), but it will need to be "cleaned-up" and made at good resolution. You may want to give it to a professional graphic designer and have it done correctly. They could even make an SVG image that sizes correctly with different devices (screen sizes).

You may get more ideas and more detailed answers about all of this if you describe what your website will be about, and what the requirements are.

That would be correct. The ecommerce would depend mostly on who you use (paypal, stripe, square, authorize.net, etc).

So you would need to use PHP and have a secure website. I suppose the credit card merchants have tutorials and script examples too.

Not an easy job for someone without programming experience.
