    1 Project - 2 Editors

    Hi all,

Created my website with Expression Web.

Now want to edit a few pages with Notepad.

Does anyone know if that might mess up the website a bit ??

    thanks,

    Larry

Can't think of a reason it would. Both will maintain the file encodings right, I suspect.

I suppose by “file encoding” you mean “character encoding” and I suppose the default character encoding of Notepad is UTF-8 so there shouldn’t be any problem there. And if you add new pages they aren’t affected by anything anyway.
