    Is my site SEO friendly?

A third party designed this real estate site for me. I'm a Realtor and far from an expert on SEO or web development for that matter. I've done some searching for SEO help on Google, but seems like all these pay sites are shark tanks. Can someone tell me if my site would have any SEO issues? Also, was it designed with Joomla, or some other method? Thanks for any advise, and apologies if this is the wrong forum.

Anyone looking for homes in Beavercreek OH should find your website with little effort. SEO is usually bollocks - be careful (there are allot of scam artists out there).

Your site is inaccessible, but keep in mind that if your site has no duplicate content, has correct urls, and there are keywords and description meta tags for every page, then your site is SEO-friendly.

I took a quick 5 minute look at the source code. You can easily make some improvements.

    1. You should add an alt tag to your images.
    2. You're using some deprecated/dead elements like <center> or <font>. I'd just try to write cleaner code in general (like not using a table layout).
    3. I think you're using the h3 element where the paragraph tag seems more semantically correct.
    4. Imo, the title tag should come earlier.
    5. Get rid of meta keywords.

I would also look into Google+ Authorship/Publisher so your Google+ profile picture appears in the Google search results.

Your site is not loading. I think you may have to contact your hosting provider. Too much downtime affects your site ranking

Your title is too long. Should be maximum of 70 characters (Google won't show more than 70).

You should also try making your URLs shorter and prettier :-).

    SEO friendly site

For making SEO friendly site, you, first, need to work on your on-page SEO to correct the meta keywords, descriptions and content of every page.

and In off-page SEO, make sure to do white hate SEO only, otherwise your site's rank in search engine goes down.

I think, you have to reconsider to your website. How it will work according to SEO and Google rules when it is taking too much time to load. Over all your website is not loading. So please contact to your developer. Ask him to fix this issue first then back here and ask about SEO status.
