Post Website with multiple log in's for user input.

    Morning all,

I'm in the process of establishing a new website for local sport scores (live ability included). Ideally I'm wanting to encourage sports teams to log on and upload their sport scores at the commencement of each game or when play is happening. This will enable the site to run efficiently and decrease the whole onus on me obtaining such information from the teams.

If anyone can point out the best way to tackle such a user input method that would be great. Any information would be of great use.

Is there an RSS feed you can tap into from your local newspaper's website? Besides that, I can't fathom a way you'd get all the local sports teams to buy into helping you out. You can't blame them either-- they play the games, you report on the games. Getting you up-to-date info is not their problem.

well the idea is to let people access scores across their own league and other leagues of interest all at the one place. People now days with smart phones are genuinely interested in accessing information straight away.
