What language is used for this?

You know those websites that a person emerges completely transparent to the webpage and talks to you about a service or the website?

    Here is an example: http://cedarsign.com/

How is this done? is there any tutorials on it? I don't know what to type into google to find it.

It’s easy to find out by looking at the source code of the page, preferably with a debugging tool like Firebug.

Apparently you can only rent by the month. I just need one for my index page. It appears to be Flash + HTML 5.

You don't have to rent....you can own yours with no monthly fees

Their rent program is really for those that just want to try it. The best thing is to choose an actor-you can choose from about 30- write a script and pay a one time fee of $199 for 30 seconds.. They will make it in Flash and HTML5 and as a YouTube video and host it for free.

    Reference: W3C W3CWiki .Net Lib
    Validate: html CSS
    Debug: Chrome FireFox IE

I think that’s only cool as long as not everybody has it. But if what the over-enthusiastic woman on their website says comes true then it will just be annoying — like animated GIFs all over the place.

It'd be useful to me, because my business is detailed and complex, half the customers I have, have no clue about anything or what they want.

Maybe they can do a 45 second one, that'd be a bit better, 60 a bit long.
