Question What's the best language to code a website in?

What's the best language to code a website in?
It needs to support flash, or something else that can do events on mouseover.
    Also preferred fully customizable.

    HTML
    CSS
    JavaScript

Those three can do everything you want and are also the ones that are most likely to be supported by the browsers people use to access your site - since they are the languages specifically intended for creating web pages. Anything else will fail to work if your visitor does not have a plugin installed to handle whatever language you are trying to use and even if they do (eg. the Flash plugin) they may have it configured to only run on pages they select.

Don't forget to start your JavaScript code with "use strict"; which makes it easier to find errors in your code.

Very very important to try and stay away from the plugins.... tablets mobile devices are becoming more and more common and modern standards compliant code is the future me thinks!
